Key driver of the commercial team across all regions within the UK by formulating business strategies needed for the future phases of the NHS procurement evolution.

Main Achievements

•National Compression Sales & Commercial Representative of the year award (Jan 2006/7).

•European Dermatology Sales Award (Dec 2003).

Innovated & introduced an industry unique sales presentation to enhance dermatology ointment sales for the entire UK sales force.

•Reinvigorated a hospital compression (DVT prevention) product (market value: £1.5M pa). Achieved first UK Hospital Trust contract for the compression product (£140K pa) thus defining the sales protocol (Aug 2005). Secured new sales contracts (Aug 2006) valued at £600K pa.

Innovated & developed a training manual unique to the market through pioneering a new application technique & methodology for the compression hosiery industry. Further developed an effective & successful sale & marketing approach.
